EU orders and brexit

orders being sent to countries within the eu will be shipped on a ddu (delivery duty unpaid) basis. if necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. you should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.

duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, UFN LONDON has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

International orders

international orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, UFN LONDON has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

Return and refunds

Please note that UFN London is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. in the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.
